What is a credit?
Credits are what Mochi spends doing work for you. Starter includes 500 a month and Pro includes 1,500. If you run out, you can top up any time: 100 credits for $5.99, 500 for $24.99, or 2,000 for $99.99. Credits don't roll over to the next month.
What counts as a research run?
One pass of Mochi researching your niche and writing up what it found. Starter includes 10 a month and refreshes weekly; Pro includes 50 and refreshes daily. Your watch lists keep collecting either way.
What do brands and seats mean?
A brand is one business Mochi keeps a Playbook for, with its own voice, pillars, and connected channels. A seat is one person who can log in. Starter is one brand and one seat; Pro is three of each.
How does the three-day trial work?
You pay $3, and everything on your chosen plan is unlocked for three days. When the three days end, that plan starts at its normal price unless you cancel first.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Billing is monthly, which also means there is no annual contract to sign and nothing to lock into.
What happens after I talk to you about The Studio?
A real person reads what you sent and replies to talk about your channels, what you publish, and what running them would look like. We take on a few brands at a time, so it is a conversation before it is a plan.
